Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At CoolFunRV, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items that have been installed, altered, or used in any manner will not be eligible for return.
Please note that items without proof of purchase cannot be processed for return or refund.
Warranty and Defective/Damaged Products
We stand by the quality of our cooling units and offer a warranty to cover defects or damages that may occur. Our warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we will replace the product at no cost to you within this 30-day period.
To initiate a return or replacement of a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

- Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Important: If a defect or damage is discovered after the 30-day period has passed, we will still offer replacement parts; however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. We do not cover labor costs related to the installation or replacement of defective parts or units, whether reported within or beyond the 30-day window.
Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees
Certain items may qualify for partial refunds under the following circumstances:

- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns of cooling systems.
- Items that are not in their original condition, or are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us or beyond our control.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, provided they meet other eligibility criteria.
Partial refunds will be calculated based on the condition of the returned item and applicable fees, and the customer will be notified before any refund is processed.
Refunds Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This process typically takes up to two business days after approval.

- Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only, less any applicable restocking fees and shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend taking the following steps:

- Check your bank account or credit card statement to ensure the refund has not been posted.
- Contact your credit card company or financial institution, as it may take up to 21 days for the refund to officially post, depending on their policies.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same product, provided it is reported within 30 days of purchase. To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- We will guide you through the process of returning the item and send a replacement once the return has been processed.
If the defect or damage is reported after the 30-day warranty period, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways, though we will still provide the replacement part.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the event of a refund, the original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any applicable restocking fees (20% for cooling systems) will be deducted from the refund amount.
We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping times for exchanged or replacement products may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product.
Cooling Units Labor Policy
It is important to note that CoolFunRV does not cover labor costs associated with the removal, reinstallation, or any maintenance of cooling units. This applies both during the initial 30-day warranty period and afterward. Our warranty only covers the cost of replacement units or parts, and any labor costs incurred during the process will be the customer’s responsibility.
